Northeast Texas area

Location: Covering Richardson/Plano/Mesquite/Irving/Arlington/Keller/North Richland Hills/Fort Worth/Granbury/Stephenville AL/IL Communities

Working from your home office and CONSISTENTLY visiting the locations.

Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient,

Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings

As an Area Manager, you'll step into a healthcare management leadership role that goes beyond just being in charge - it's about inspiring others and making a meaningful impact. Qualifications:

Possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice; Physical Therapy / Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant.
Must have prior Leadership experience.
Multi-site management experience, preferred.
Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience.
Experience working in outpatient clinics in Assisted/Independent living communities, preferred.
