The Client Relations Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, long-term relationships. This role involves managing client communications, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Travel to industry events and act as the main liaison between clients and the company, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance satisfaction and retention. 
  • Identify and meet with new clients to increase sales. 
  • Organize Firm events with clients.  
  • Assist with the development of permissible marketing media. 
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products/services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide relevant insights to clients.
  • Monitor client accounts, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Requirements: 

  • 5+ years client relations, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Previous experience dealing directly with clients. Exposure to marketing, sales, and business development desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or related field. 
  • Must be able to travel 25 – 30%.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable in a growing, changing environment.
  • Must have strong organization and problem-solving skills.
