This is a remote position open to most locations. 

THE ROLE

Here at Career.IO, we are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our rapidly growing, dynamic team. 

This role will be responsible for multiple websites across our international tech enabled services portfolio. Working closely with our in house CRO, product, PR & development teams you will help lead growth across our international markets. 

Knowing how to convert the right data into opportunities is essential for this role. 

The SEO team is currently made up of 3 senior and 3 junior SEOs alongside our content team and a brand new PR team. 

This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role, open to most locations.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions across multiple international websites.
• Technical SEO management to ensure stability. 
• Collaborate with the PR team to align SEO strategies with digital PR campaigns and backlink acquisition goals.
• Management of all published content performance, supporting our content team with optimisation strategies. 
• Developing new ideas to increase conversion
• Implementing on-site SEO improvements
• Collaborating closely with fellow SEO specialists, writers, translators, designers, and content planners
• Tracking and reporting of performance to key stakeholders

THE MUST-HAVES

• 5+ years of experience with search engine optimization, preferably in an international environment and in the B2C market
• Experience with the most well-known SEO tools
• Enterprising and results-driven
• A strong communicator with an analytical mind.
