Job description

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) - Full-Time Opportunity in Santa Rosa, CA

We are hiring skilled Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors to join our forward-thinking team. This is your chance to deliver exceptional care through virtual therapy sessions, supporting individuals, families, and groups across diverse age ranges.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group therapy, conducting assessments to identify suitable treatment options.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director to shape engaging therapeutic programs.
  • Contribute as a valued member of the credentialing committee.
  • Attend interdisciplinary meetings to coordinate care with psychiatric providers and clinical staff.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans and track patient progress.
  • Evaluate patient responses and adapt therapeutic strategies as needed.
  • Document therapy sessions and outcomes using approved systems.
  • Fulfill other assigned duties.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually with full benefits

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • Active LPCC licensure.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches, including cognitive-behavioral and narrative therapies.
  • A patient-first mindset, valuing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to collaborate across disciplines and integrate local knowledge.
