Job Details:

The People Shared Services Senior helps to design and execute strategies and programs to elevate the team member experience across the firm. This role works with the extending People Operations team on firm-wide programs, policies and initiatives with a heavy focus on performance management, employee engagement, and recognition/incentive programs. This role conducts regular engagement surveys and consistently analyzes data to share with internal clients and leadership.
 
This role contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior organization. 

 
Core Responsibilities:
Assist in designing and maintaining recognition and incentive programs that develop a high-performance growth culture

Analyze metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive improvements in employee engagement and retention.

Facilitate firm-wide employee programs

Deliver a high level of customer service to internal teams  

 

Essential Functions:
Collaborate with and provide support to internal clients (HR Business Partner teams and leadership) regarding firm processes, programs and polices

Help to develop strategies and programs that make MGO a best place to work - reducing turnover, increasing productivity and enhancing talent experience.
Conduct annual engagement surveys and other voice of employee (VoE) programs analyzing feedback to help develop action plans
Develop and present reports and dashboards to team and leadership, on effectiveness of internal firm programs, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.
Oversee and measure the success of rewards and recognition programs for staff
Assist in the firm’s annual and semi-annual performance review process managing the software program used and providing support  
Support systems utilized by the team (Quantum, Award Co, etc.) ensuring maintenance of accurate and up-to-date information, training users as needed and regularly collecting data identifying firm-wide trends.
Create internal communications plans and programs that keep team members engaged in the firm’s strategy and key initiatives.
Use project management methodologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the team.
Support succession planning initiatives for the firm working with key stakeholders
Assist in the implementation and promotion of Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and programs, and provide support to Employee Community Groups

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and employee engagement.

 

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.

4+ years of experience in a similar role, including experience in employee engagement, talent management and performance management

Excellent project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Ability to help develop strategies and programs to impact team member engagement at all levels of the organization

Demonstrated experience developing trust and building relationships with peers and leaders to successfully implement programs

Individual who is curious, proactive and a natural relationship builder and connector

 
Success Factors:
Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.

Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential.

Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.

Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000
