We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Release Administrator! This position is responsible for the support of the Development Operations functions at Wealth Enhancement Group.  The Sr. Salesforce Release Administrator will support the Agile lifecycle by owning the pipelines within Copado and assisting developers through them. This is a remote position.

The salary target for this role is $90,000 - $95,000 depending on experience. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.

Primary Job Functions

Development Operations Execution

  • Assist with merging pull requests in Copado

  • Responsible for sandbox maintenance and preparation

  • Work with product teams to keep all sandboxes in sync with repository branches

  • Actively report on status of operations to Release Manager

  • Maintain documentation related to Development Operations processes

Quality Assurance and Testing

  • Setup screen shares with developers and QA resources in UAT and Production

  • Communicate critical issues to Release Manager

  • Assist with resolving data related issues in all environments

  • Assist with post-release smoke testing and hyper care in Production

Non-Product Related Development

  • Refine and confirm pre-deployment data setup steps

  • Refine and confirm post-deployment data manipulation steps

  • Perform screen shares with external vendors’ development and QA resources

  • Act as escalation point for Salesforce Admins for support cases

  • Assist with enhancements to Copado

Education/Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in Salesforce Development

  • 1+ year of experience in Salesforce Development Operations

  • Required Certification

    • Salesforce Administrator

    • Salesforce Advanced Administrator

  • Understanding of Agile development process

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
