Purpose:  

As an FP&A Manager at Edible Brands, you'll play a key role in driving financial strategy across multiple brands within the Edible Brands portfolio, including exciting new ventures. As part of a small, agile team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from strategic long-range planning to high-impact ad hoc requests, partnering with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our business. 

Location: This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA.  

What that looks like day to day:  

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning activities across Edible Arrangements and other brands within the Edible Brands portfolio
  • Analyze financial performance, including variances, trends, and KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create data-driven financial plans and evaluate business opportunities.
  • Provide financial guidance to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and assessing the financial impact and ROI of initiatives.
  • Prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities to address evolving business needs while ensuring progress on recurring work streams and long-term initiatives 
  • Accommodate ad-hoc requests and urgent projects without compromising quality or deadlines
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline financial reporting and analysis processes
  • Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and enhance financial visibility across the organization
  • Communicate financial strategies clearly to ensure alignment and engagement across departments.

Requirements:  

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles; experience with multi-brand portfolios is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
  • Proficiency in SQL strongly preferred 
  • Experience with financial planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
