Job description

We are seeking a full-time ERP Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for our ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience in ERP systems, be proficient in troubleshooting, and comfortable assisting Spanish-speaking users

Responsibilities 
  • Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for ERP users in Mexico.
  • Assist with the configuration, customization, and optimization of ERP for business processes.
  • Identify and solve functional and technical issues.
  • Train users and create Spanish-language documentation for ERP.
  • Collaborate with the development team on technical requirements.
  • Work with end-users to enhance their ERP experience.
Qualifications 
  • Strong experience with ERP systems (ERP experience preferred).
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
