Duties and Responsibilities:
● Manage and maintain cloud-based software systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
● Provide technical support for a diverse range of devices, including Apple and Windows-based computers.
● Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, offering timely and effective resolutions.
● Coordinate device setups, installations, updates, and maintenance.
● Monitor cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with best practices to protect company data.
● Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement and software licenses.
● Train staff on new technologies and provide ongoing technical guidance.
● Document IT processes, manage inventories, and maintain system records
Requirements
Must-have Skills / Qualifications:
● Minimum of 3 years’ experience -being a Technology Specialist or related field
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting CRM Solutions such as Hubspot / Salesforce (our client is currently using Hubspot)
● Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a small business environment.
● Proficiency with cloud-based systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
● Knowledge of networking fundamentals, device management, and cybersecurity best practices.
● Familiarity with both Apple and Windows operating systems.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
● Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Advantageous Skills:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions
● Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar
