IP Patent Agent (Mechanical, Biomedical, Medical Device), Mid-Level

Any Office

Offit Kurman is seeking an experienced Patent Agent to join our growing Intellectual Property Practice Group.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience handling a variety of patents and industries including patent prosecution, patent search and analysis, drafting and filing applications, and portfolio management.

Experience with mechanical, biomedical, and medical devices is a plus.
