Job description

Your mission
We are seeking dedicated and professional cabin crew members to deliver outstanding service and ensure the comfort and well-being of our private jet passengers on every charter flight. You will serve onboard our large cabin fleet, taking full responsibility for providing an exceptional cabin experience, with a primary focus in inflight service and maintaining impeccable cabin presentation.
 
We have cabin service representatives positions available starting in Q2 2025. As part of the inaugural long-haul crew at LUMINAIR, you will play a key role in establishing a new charter operator in the market, dedicated to creating an outstanding and reliable service. We welcome individuals with a safety-conscious and client-focused mindset, whose ambition and innovative ideas can help elevate our product and enhance our daily flight operations.
Your profile
Professional Qualifications
  • Experience in delivering exceptional service to discerning clients, particularly in the aviation or hospitality sectors 
  • Fluent English language skills with strong preference for professional working German; additional languages are an asset
Key Qualities
  • Passion for providing exceptional service with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Capacity to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally 
  • Sensitivity to and respect for diverse cultures and individuals 
Work Requirements
  • Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
  • Unrestricted EU passport or right to live and work in the EU
  • Valid ZÜP (Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung) as per §7 LuftSiG
  • Valid Driving License
