Job description

 

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Research/Lead Gen/Sales Assistant.
This teammate will research and build a list of prospective clients, manage leads in the CRM, and conduct outreach through calls and emails, while scheduling appointments for the sales tea This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with a well-known brand and who wants to continue learning and growing in their career. 

Salary Range:  Up to 65,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Core Tasks

  • Outbound Call Outreach: Contact leads via calls to initiate conversations and drive engagement.
  • Lead & Partner Research: Use lead generation tools to identify and build a targeted list of prospects.
  • CRM Management: Upload, organize, and update leads in the CRM for accurate tracking.
  • Data Collection: Gather missing lead data from online sources for completeness.
  • Data Verification: Ensure lead information is accurate before outreach.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Book meetings on the sales team's calendar, coordinating with leads for optimal times.

Must-Haves

  • CRM Experience: 1+ years managing sales pipelines with a CRM.
  • Lead Gen & Research: 2+ years using lead generation tools for research and profiling.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with a focus on outbound calls.
  • Appointment Setting: Experience scheduling and confirming meetings for sales teams.
