This position requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment, including strong project management, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a high level of professionalism when working with customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage client accounts and ensure successful implementation.
  • Coordinate with new and existing customers to ensure that each customer moves through the onboarding/implementation process efficiently.
  • Work cross-functionally with product and sales teams, to manage the customization of training materials and technical configurations to meet client needs. 
  • Own and drive client projects from conception to completion.
  • Serve as liaison between sales and product teams to scope. implementation requirements in the pre-sale process.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and define technical requirements, preparing detailed scoping and customization documentation for product development.
  • Manage communications with clients during the implementation process to support product acceptance and satisfaction.
  • Consult with customers to manage and address implementation/onboarding concerns independently.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on our product and any related technical items.
  • Focus on providing an exceptional customer experience and increasing time-to-value for our customers.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot problems and concerns during the implementation process, working cross-functionally with product, engineering and sales teams.  
  • Determine the best implementation methodology within established processes for each client to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Independently manage internal reporting/tracking of implementation processes and completed actions.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven project management experience.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Technologically proficient with intermediate or higher skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
  • Previous experience and demonstrated success in a similar role that required client interaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
