To cultivate, drive, and close Deluxe Marketing Services (Print and Promotional Products) opportunities within assigned accounts and/or territories, partnering with Client Managers and other roles as required

• Progress sales cycle for opportunities from the point of qualification through to the completion of a commercial agreement

• Identify and pursue sales leads through networking, referrals, market research and Deluxe provided leads

• Conduct client presentations and technology demonstrations to prospective clients and current clients

• Ensure successful transition to Client Managers, work with client through first quarterly business review

• Work closely with marketing and product teams to identify opportunities and prioritize and adjust strategies

• Develop and grow the sales pipeline continually by leveraging the efforts of Client Managers and Marketing as well as through direct efforts where required

• Create successful strategies to differentiate Deluxe offering from competitors to lead and guide the ongoing activities and efforts of the deal team

• Assure quality for all engagement with and deliverables provided to prospects

• Forecast the financial value and estimated closure dates for opportunities consistently and accurately

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or other related discipline or associate’s degree and related experience and 5 years of Experience selling Marketing Services offerings to the financial services industry or HS/GED and 9 years

Preferred Qualifications

• SFDC experience preferred, mandatory usage for position

• Effective communication skills and relationship building

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work internally to facilitate cross selling opportunities

• Previous work experience with printing companies, knowledge of commercial printing

• Experience selling to Fortune +1000 organizations

• Demonstrated experience closing $1,000,000 print opportunities
