You are ready if you have:

  • bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or a related field

  • working experience in Logistics, ideally as Freight Procurement Buyer or Tender Manager

  • experience in Tender Management or transport purchasing is preferable

  • solid understanding of RFP processes and strong analytical skills

  • Customer Service experience

  • excellent English plus another language skill as French, Spanish or German would be an advantage

  • strong MS Excel skills

  • goal-oriented work style and excellent organizational skills

  • ability to work autonomously

We are ready, and within our team, you will:

  • directly support our customers in using our logistics Software as a Service (SaaS) applications

  • analyze historical shipment/rate/contract data of our customers and provide consultancy based on the data within our applications

  • work with leading companies to set up their transport RFPs/RFIs

  • analyze customer bidding events on the platform and create scenarios using the analysis tools available on the platform

  • work within an international team of employees supporting global customers

  • provide consultancy to large industry customers regarding the implementation of logistics tenders

  • conduct training (web-based, on-site, or in-house) for our customers

  • support other departments with project and customer information (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Accounting, IT)
