SUMMARY
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in executing creative
projects and campaigns that enhance our brand's visibility and engagement.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and

closely with the marketing team to deliver impactful design assets, assist with
video production, support content creation, and help ensure the seamless
execution of marketing initiatives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless
execution of marketing projects.
• Design and create visually appealing graphics and videos for social
media posts, marketing materials, and other platforms, ensuring brand
consistency and alignment with campaign objectives.
• Assist in photo and video production, including planning, coordination,
and basic editing tasks to enhance multimedia marketing efforts.
• Help manage marketing calendars, ensuring timely delivery of
campaigns and content in alignment with organizational goals.
• Respond to social media inquiries, engaging with followers to build
relationships and strengthen brand presence.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team and other team members
to support the planning and execution of marketing-related events and
campaigns.
• Support content creation efforts by occasionally writing or editing short-form content, such as captions or other marketing copies, as needed.
• Occasionally work on-site for team gatherings, content shoots, and
special projects.
• Take on other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the team to
support overall marketing operations and organizational goals.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design or coordinating creative projects.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop,
Illustrator, or similar software).
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media
platforms, and email marketing tools.
• Competent writing skills is preferred to support content creation needs.
(e.g., crafting captions, short-form content, or occasional blog posts).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
and deadlines.
• Passion for marketing and content creation, with a commitment to
staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Residence in or near Metro Manila is preferred for occasional on-site
work
