Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies across email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract and convert leads through the sales funnel.
  • Manage campaigns from conception to execution, optimising performance using data-driven insights.
  • Create engaging and conversion-focused landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with content teams to produce and optimise SEO-friendly materials, including blog posts and webinars.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics, refining strategies to achieve lead quality and conversion goals.
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation systems, improving lead nurturing and scoring processes.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and effective follow-up processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
