Job Title: HR Assistant
Type of Position: Full Time / Hybrid
Hours: M-F / Flexible
Pay: $22 - $26/hour

Job Description:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks in support of multiple firms and locations
  • Compile and process employee documentation and records, and keep the employee database
    and personnel files up to date
  • Provide stellar support to employees
  • Data entry and assurance of data integrity
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding process
  • Review resumes and writing samples (when needed)
  • Schedule interviews and appointments using Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite) and Google
    Calendar
  • Phone screen potential new employees
  • Keep track of and follow up with interviewees
  • Create and update job posts as needed on Jobvite and Paylocity
  • Assist with binders and welcome packages for new employees
  • Calendar employees’ anniversaries and birthdays
  • Conduct LinkedIn passive search for potential candidates
  • Set up for new hire orientations
  • Assist with special projects and event planning
  • Send out firm-wide communications
  • Keep track of employee anniversary gifts
  • Provide administrative support to the entire HR department
  • Other administrative tasks, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Extremely well organized
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient with Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Good follow-up and follow through
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great time management and ability to multitask

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Computer Skills:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
