About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, experienced and smart Technical Writer to join the dynamic Engineering team in the US! 

You will:

• Create, review, and update user manuals, installation guides, and technical documentation for software and hardware products.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible language for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and other experts to gather necessary information for documentation.
• Maintain documentation up-to-date with the latest versions and changes in products.
• Ensure documentation meets company standards and industry best practices.
• Conduct usability reviews and testing to improve the quality and accessibility of documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and content management systems (CMS).
• Interpersonal skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Work onsite (office in Boston) 4 days a week
• Nice to have front end knowledge.
