About the role & team
 

We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Mobile Content Designer to join our fun, diverse, and dynamic CSM Design team at Gen. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, development and other teams to ensure your content meets user needs and business goals. We operate at the intersection of marketing and product, focusing on user-centered solutions that boost engagement and support our growth. 

Mission and Goals 
 

  • You’ll create innovative mobile content that drive business growth while ensuring a great user experience.

  • Focus will be on crafting beautiful, engaging content and impactful campaigns across our mobile ecosystem.  

  

Objectives 

  • Develop a mobile content strategy for multiple brands and channels, ensuring cohesive messaging, branding, and user experience across touchpoints. 

  • Actively participate in brainstorming, ideation, and critique sessions, contributing your expertise in mobile content design. 

  • Collaborate on UX research and user testing efforts to validate content decisions and ensure alignment with user needs.

  • Stay updated on content trends, user behavior research, and technologies to continuously enhance our work. 

  • Mentor other content designers, lead by example, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture. 

  • Provide and receive constructive feedback to drive improvement and innovation.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and delivering high-quality work on time.

 

Competencies 

  • 5+ years of content design experience or related fields, with a focus on mobile.

  • Strong problem-solving skills combined with a creative, detail-oriented approach.

  • Experience in mobile-first content as well as UX and marketing writing.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to present ideas clearly to multiple stakeholders at any level in the company.

  • Adaptable and open to refining content based on feedback.

  • High standards of quality, empathy, integrity, and independence.

  • Ability to lead by example, delegate tasks effectively, and hold. team members accountable for their contributions.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams across different time zones.

  • Comfortable working in an agile environment with tight deadlines.

Nice to have: 

  • Knowledge of A/B testing, growth strategies and data-driven design .

  • Experience creating and updating content guidelines and style guides.

  • Basic understanding of front-end and how it impacts content delivery.

  • Experience with localization and designing content for global audiences. 

  • Familiarity with advertising principles and strategies.

  • Any additional languages and a good sense of humor
