Job Summary:
The Director of Inside Sales's primary responsibility is to help build the framework of the Inside Sales Team. This includes driving the team to hit lead generation, new sales, and revenue targets. This includes cold outbound efforts, warm leads, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities. The Director is also responsible for the execution of the sales strategy and for coaching, training, and motivating the team under the direction of the SVP of Sales. The Director works with and develops the Inside Sales team and the achievement of the departments and individual sales quotas. The Director will also be responsible for continuously evaluating our programs for opportunities to drive more significant growth and financial performance.
What you'll do:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Inside Sales team with a focus on team member engagement, development, and performance management, to achieve organizational growth, objectives and goals.
- Participate in the development of the sales strategy to drive the achievement of performance and financial objectives at both the individual and team level
- Monitor and stay informed on the industry sales initiatives and trends and provide recommendations for product development, program enhancements, process changes, etc.
- Understand the business and drive accountability for results through policies, procedures, and efficiency initiatives.
- Motivate and monitor the Inside Sales Department to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service goals and corporate revenue goals.
- Build out and maintain CRM reporting, processes and documentation to support the growing sales team and initiatives, create visible reporting to the organization.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, support, product management, finance and legal to build business alignment and buy-in effectively
- Monitor and track sales teams’ quotas and KPI progress
What we need from you:
- 5+ years of B2B sales management experience
- 7+ years of management experience
- Managing in a self-prospecting/hunting sales environment

Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000
