Reporting to our Technology Development Manager you as Senior Process Integration Engineer (f/m/d) will be working on the Process integration and the development of High Voltage silicon IGBTs and MOSFETs. This position is located in our offices in Dortmund.

About the position:
  • Develop and optimize process integration strategies for our High Voltage Silicon IGBTs and MOSFETs

  • Closely collaborate with our process engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to establish processes for future semiconductor devices

  • Work with the wafer-fab to analyze data, identify process improvement and to maximize production yield

  • Support new product development and technology transfer to manufacturing.

About you:
  • University Degree in Semiconductor Physics, Electrical Engineering or a similar field preferably a PhD

  • 3+ years of process integration experience in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment

  • First-hand knowledge and experience of semiconductor device processes and a solid understanding of semiconductor device physics and operational principles

  • High level of written and verbal communication skills in English, German language skills are an advantage
