Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious targets for our Predictive Maintenance Software in the wind energy sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, forge strong relationships with key clients, and secure strategic partnerships to expand our global footprint.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team, fostering a customer-centric approach and ensuring continuous skill development within the team.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine our sales approach and align product offerings accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns, and product enhancements based on customer feedback.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to provide regular updates to the executive leadership team.Â
