Your mission
We are thrilled to extend an exciting career opportunity for the position of Global Head of Sales at our rapidly growing B2B SaaS Cleantech Company. As a leading provider of Predictive Maintenance Software for Wind Turbines, we are committed to revolutionizing the renewable energy industry and driving sustainable practices worldwide.As the Global Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and expanding our market presence internationally. You will lead a dynamic team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious targets for our Predictive Maintenance Software in the wind energy sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, forge strong relationships with key clients, and secure strategic partnerships to expand our global footprint.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team, fostering a customer-centric approach and ensuring continuous skill development within the team.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine our sales approach and align product offerings accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns, and product enhancements based on customer feedback.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to provide regular updates to the executive leadership team. 
  • Ultimately, we expect industry knowledge as well as technical, and industry-related engineering knowledge.
Your profile
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years of successful sales leadership experience in the B2B SaaS industry, with a focus on complex software solutions.
  • Extensive experience in selling into the renewable energy sector, specifically wind energy and wind turbine predictive maintenance, is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to engage with clients, build lasting relationships, and close deals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
