This is a remote position.

We're on the lookout for an HR Manager with 1-2 years of experience, who is adept at speaking the language of developers, designers, digital marketers, and business development professionals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is experienced in hiring for a wide range of remote positions across India.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Utilize the Zoho Recruit platform for all hiring activities
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
Collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfill hiring needs
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements
Implement HR strategies that support business objectives
Foster a positive working environment and culture
Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Requirements:

1-2 years of HR or related experience, with a focus on recruitment
Experience working with US-based companies is preferred
Proven track record of successful placements in technical and business development roles
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
