What Nonstop is Looking For:

We are seeking a talented Content Strategist, who is passionate about education, primarily around healthcare and health insurance. Our ideal candidate is a quick learner who can easily grasp and distill complex content, and use that knowledge to develop content strategy for Nonstop’s Education and Training team. This role requires close collaboration with various departments, from initial concept development to final optimization. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute educational content strategies that align with Nonstop’s business goals and engage our audiences effectively, providing valuable information in an accessible and memorable way
  • Convey information across multiple formats, platforms, and channels, collaborating with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to create relevant and compelling content
  • Write and edit high-quality, impactful, engaging content for various assets, including newsletters, articles, social media posts, email campaigns, and educational collateral
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to plan, schedule, and track the production and distribution of content
  • Continuously track and measure the performance of content campaigns using analytics tools/reports/metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on and share industry trends, making recommendations for new relevant content that adheres to brand standards
  • Support the larger team on special projects
  • Open to having a direct report(s) in the future
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Writing, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in; Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, Content Strategy, B2C Marketing, or Copywriting within a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the Google suite of products including Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and more. 
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, team-oriented environment to ensure cohesive and consistent brand representation.
  • 1-year minimum experience working in a remote environment.
  • Discipline and self-management skills are necessary for success in a fully virtual work environment.
  • Must have a dedicated work space free of distractions
  • High-speed internet is required 
  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Jira, Airtable, Teamwork, and/or Asana
  • Experience writing educational content


**All candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing their work that encompasses content development and strategy, as well as a minimum of three high-quality content samples.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer per day
  • Repetitive use of fingers, hands, elbows, and arms including typing, reaching, grasping, and writing
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and carry 5-30 pounds occasionally
  • Hearing and speaking ability sufficient to carry on a conversation with another individual (or groups of individuals) in person and over the telephone
  • Visual ability is sufficient to read and produce printed material and information displayed on a computer screen
