#794 - HRIS (Workday) Implementation Specialist

Requirements:

• B2 English level or higher.
• 5 years minimum of experience in implementing Workday platform.
• Workday HCM Pro certified admin is a Huge plus.
• Workday Studio Integrations certification is a plus.
• Project management skills, with a strong track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data migration and system testing (UAT, regression testing, etc.).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system integrations work effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with HR leaders and stakeholders to understand organizational needs and define system requirements for Workday.
• Configuring Workday according to the organization's specific needs, including setting up modules, permissions, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, training materials, and user guides for reference and compliance.
• Setting up and customizing reports and dashboards to help HR and management track key metrics and make informed decisions.
