Quick Rundown:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves administrative duties, client communication, and assisting in achieving sales goals.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate and schedule sales demos, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and logistics are managed effectively
Prepare, send, and track proposals to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
Manage calendars and appointments for the sales team, optimizing time allocation and minimizing scheduling conflicts
Provide administrative support, including email management, filing, and handling correspondence using Microsoft Outlook and other tools
Assist the sales team in managing and processing sales leads, customer inquiries, and order details
Coordinate and schedule meetings, follow-ups, and sales presentations for the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, databases, and reports
Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other sales materials
Communicate with customers regarding order status, product information, and services
Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence, filing, and managing sales documentation
Monitor and update sales performance metrics and reports for the sales team and management
Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate when necessary, ensuring timely resolution
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth sales operations
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Sales Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, calendar management, email communication, and using various office tools and software
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with sales processes, sending proposals, and coordinating sales demos
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to the success of the sales team
