The Role
As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping how we connect and engage with our global team while driving initiatives that support our commitment to social impact. You’ll craft impactful, inclusive messaging that strengthens our culture, reinforces our values, and promotes our employer brand. Additionally, you will take ownership of our CSR initiatives, ensuring alignment with our mission and values while delivering measurable, meaningful outcomes.
Your ability to collaborate across departments, adapt to diverse cultural contexts, and communicate authentically will be key to creating engagement and trust, both internally and in our broader communities.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications
- Develop and implement a global internal communications strategy that aligns with our mission, values, and business objectives while reflecting regional nuances.
- Create engaging, inclusive content for multiple channels—emails, Confluence, MS Teams, newsletters, and company meetings and events —that resonates across cultures.
- Collaborate with People, Marketing, and Senior Leadership to ensure cohesive messaging, promote transparency, and support people-focused initiatives.
- Develop and execute communication plans to support organisational changes, prioritising sensitivity, transparency, and engagement during transitions.
- Plan and execute global and regional internal events, such as all-hands meetings, town halls, and culture-focused gatherings, to nurture an inclusive and engaged workforce.
Employer Branding
- Partner with the People and Marketing teams to design campaigns that authentically highlight our values, culture, and employee experiences across regions.
- Develop culturally inclusive content—social media posts, blog articles, and employee testimonials—that enhances our recruitment efforts and employer brand globally.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategy and Initiatives
- Define and lead the company’s global CSR strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and values.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive employee engagement in CSR activities, including volunteering, fundraising, and sustainability initiatives.
- Communicate the company’s CSR efforts through engaging stories, impact reports, and campaigns that inspire pride and participation among employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR programmes, using data to improve outcomes and report progress to stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience

Internal Communications Expertise: 5+ years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, or CSR, ideally in a fast-paced, multicultural organisation.

CSR Leadership: Demonstrated success in defining and executing CSR strategies and programmes with measurable outcomes.

Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to create inclusive, regionally relevant communications for diverse audiences.

Strategic and Creative Thinking: Skilled at developing engaging content that reflects organisational goals, values, and culture.

Digital Fluency: Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, particularly MS Teams, Slack, Confluence/Notion, LinkedIn and other social media, to amplify brand messaging and CSR stories.

Empathy and Purpose-Driven: Strong understanding of employee experience and the ability to design CSR initiatives that create a sense of purpose and pride.

Collaborative: Experience working cross-functionally, valuing diverse perspectives, and tailoring messaging to different audiences.

Data-Informed: Skilled at using analytics to measure the impact of communications and CSR initiatives, iterating for continuous improvement.

Languages: Spanish and/or Portuguese are desirable but not necessary.
