Job description

That’s why we’re on the hunt for the Head of Growth who’s ready to make a real impact. 

❕This role is 100% remote and you will join a team that already works from 20 different world countries. 

THE ROLE

As Head of Growth, you’ll lead Media Buying, Email Marketing, and Product Management, owning revenue growth, churn reduction, and acquisition metrics. You’ll balance strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive tangible results in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execution and Optimization of Growth Strategies: Directly implement sales tactics and growth initiatives to reach company goals. Besides the management, you will be hands-on in testing, iterating, and optimizing activities aiming for the best possible business results.

  • Risk & Challenges Management: You will proactively prepare for potential risks management across departments. Solve challenges and enable teams to act accordingly in case of a challenge or a risk.

  • Data-driven Approach: Leverage analytics to uncover opportunities and pivot quickly.

  • Cross-functional work & Collaboration: Foster alignment between marketing, product, and operations teams while ensuring seamless execution of campaigns. 

  • Innovate and Experiment: Proactively explore and implement the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, leveraging them to keep Foxelli Group strategies fresh, effective, and resultative.
