Novakid is an English language school for children 4-12 years old, which allows children to remotely learn a foreign language according to a teaching program that meets European CEFR standards on an equal footing with their English-speaking peers (Novakid teachers are native speakers from the US, UK and other countries). We are an advanced IT company of 350+ professionals.
We are looking for an Support manager (SMM) with knowledge of Turkish at the advanced / bi-lingual level.
Duties:
Check and respond to direct messages and comments on FB and IG promptly.
Engage with subscribers, answer their queries, and provide information about the product.
Maintain a polite and professional tone in all interactions.
Actively engage with potential customers and offer them a trial lesson.
Send follow-up messages to interested leads who haven't yet committed to a paid lesson.
Follow the sales script and funnel to convert leads into paying customers.
Address objections and provide additional information as needed.
Manage social media contests on FB and IG (respond to participant queries, and select winners based on predetermined criteria)
Address negative comments or complaints professionally and empathetically.
Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Follow company guidelines and policies regarding communication, sales, and customer interactions.
