Role:

We are looking for an experienced Administrative and Commercial manager to join our team based in Belgium. You will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our business by managing administrative tasks, setting up the necessary licenses and liaising with government entities for reporting and configurations, and helping to develop the logistics parts.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of business operations.

  • Establish and maintain the necessary licenses and permits for the business.

  • Liaise with various government entities for reporting, compliance, and configuration processes.

  • Assist in the implementation of business strategies and plans.   

  • Coordinate and manage the logistics related to the supply of biofuels in the first instance, and other renewable products in the second phase.

  • Provide financial management support, including budgeting and forecasting.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

  • Manage various administrative tasks as needed to support the business.
