The Role

We're looking for an organized and efficient Care Operations Coordinator to join our healthcare team. This is a Full-Time Hybrid position based in Miami, FL

The Care Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the scheduling and staffing of our home health nursing team including LPNs and RNs. Your primary focus will be on internal coordination, ensuring optimal nurse placement, and maintaining smooth operational flow within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage staffing schedules for LPNs and RNs in Case Management roles, ensuring adequate shift coverage and addressing last-minute changes.
  • Communicate with nursing staff to understand availability, preferences, and scheduling needs while collaborating with supervisors to resolve staffing issues and optimize team performance.
  • Support operations and onboarding, assisting with new staff integration and maintaining smooth workflows across departments.
  • Analyze and improve staffing processes, using reports to identify trends and implement enhancements.
The Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED, a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in healthcare staffing or scheduling 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and staffing requirements preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

This is a Full-Time role with an estimated salary range of $45,000-$50,000 annually + bonus and benefits.
