Rate: £34K - £43K per annum
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join our private specialist school in Winkleigh, Devon. You will work alongside an experienced integrated therapy team dedicated to supporting children aged 5-11 years with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties. Every interaction you have will be an opportunity to transform the lives of children and young people who have experienced trauma, or may be Autistic, or have ADHD.
As a Pediatric Speech and Language Therapist, you will conduct 1:1 sessions with pupils, lead group activities, and collaborate in classroom settings of 5 pupils per class. You will manage a small caseload of pupils with varying Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, Learning disabilities, and Autism. Working with the wider team, including onsite creative art therapists, teachers, and teaching assistants, you will offer the best support to our pupils and participate in Multidisciplinary team meetings. During school holidays, you will have the flexibility to work from home carrying out administrative tasks.
