Support the users accessing OneArt, TVT (Text Verification Tool) and other artwork applicable tools in the coordination of various activities involving the above-mentioned applications in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) & Regulatory requirements while creating value for our internal customers across all Sandoz divisions across geographies.
Major Accountabilities:
Troubleshoot and own systems issues for OneArt, TVT and other artwork applicable tools with minimal supervision and ensure end to end ownership and completion of all IT issues. Includes all issues raised in all platforms i.e. SharePoint, Sandoz internal tools, Email, Chats any other forms of communication. Escalate and involve stakeholders as required.
Own the APS (Access Provisioning System) process for Artwork Teams. Ensure efficient processing of certification, deletion, recertification and all other activities of APS and user accesses. Includes all APS activities and tickets. Escalate and involve stakeholders as required.
Lead and implement IT projects and improvement projects of Artworks Teams. Assist the operations teams in every issue pertaining to the Artworks IT infrastructure.
Assist in Design, development and implement of information systems strategy, business solutions for Artworks.
Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices of all Artworks software products and information systems throughout the Artwork environment for the smooth operation of TVT and other applicable tools which support the verification of the text & graphical content of packaging artwork content at different stages of the artwork creation and final printing processes with the aim to reduce artwork recalls & artwork lead times.
Ensure tools are fit for purpose, through application improvements & bug fixes. Conduct impact analysis, business and technical studies with Artwork Operations, IT & the User Group to establish the impact of any changes on global and local business processes.
Responsible for the compliant & efficient usage of all the software in the Artwork and Printed Packaging Material quality checks. Responsible for the creation, maintenance & updating of user requirement specifications, test documentation and any other system (validation) documentation.
Design, develop, implement data & analytics models and business solutions for tools & standards to create accurate Business Performance KPIs.
What you will bring to the role:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Applied Sciences or Engineering.
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration.
Minimum 8 years of overall pharmaceutical or related experience is preferred.
Experiences in Artwork management are preferred.

We offer permanent contract with 6-month of probation period.
