Job description

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role offers the chance to contribute to innovative infrastructure services and solutions while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design, delivery, automation, and support of infrastructure services and solutions.
  • Build, maintain, and document infrastructure components for assigned work.
  • Actively resolve system and client experience impacts across various environments, applications, or platforms.
  • Embrace mentorship and training from senior engineers while sharing insights on processes and trends.
  • Engage in continuous learning about industry trends in banking and technology, suggesting improvements to current processes.
  • Follow recommended IT standards and operational best practices, including information security and compliance.
  • Assist in testing and evaluating new and existing solutions and capabilities.
  • Utilize technical documentation and project artifacts to enhance monitoring, resiliency, and high availability.


Skills

  • Proven experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the platform.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools and practices.
  • Familiarity with banking industry standards and regulations.
  • Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) best practices.
