Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant - Specialty to join their team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our client's operations.

As an SAP Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing systems, with a focus on SAP GTS, MM, or SD. You will work closely with various business and functional groups to diagnose and resolve issues within the outbound SAP Supply Chain related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and analyze basic and complex issues surrounding business processes and systems
Participate in on-call production support weekly rotation to triage high severity technology issues
Support the identification of enhancement opportunities to standardize/improve processes and system configuration
Collaborate with Functional Architects and cross-functional partners to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency
Understand non-SAP business systems and their interaction with SAP

Qualifications:

Four-year degree in Information Systems or equivalent
7+ years of experience with configuration/enhancements within MM or SD, and GTS
Cross-functional experience in one or multiple of the following areas: Plan to Procure, Order To Cash, Global Trade Services and/or Inventory Processing
Strong presentation/communication/facilitation skills (oral and written)
Ability to work well in a team environment, with the ability to work independently
Proven team leadership, mentoring, and project management skills
Retail or Consumer Product Goods Industry experience is a plus
