Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations and integrations.
- Develop customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions.
- Set best practices for application development and deployment.
- Identify and recommend process improvements within Salesforce to enhance productivity.
- Manage the change process for new applications and updates effectively.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Certification preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and experience with Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning components.
- Proven success with Salesforce integrations and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with teams.
