Position Summary

As a Global Marketing Manager, you are responsible for defining go-to market strategy, messaging, and tactics to promote products and services that help acute and non-acute providers improve patient safety. In this role, you will plan, develop, and execute the marketing plan to drive engagement for our expansive safety portfolio which includes complex safety-focused advisory services to membership-based products, and educational offerings crafted to help safety, quality, risk professionals reduce harm, improve work systems, and increase efficiency. You’ll aid our sales and business development teams identify, nurture, and close customers faster, as well as support upsell and cross-sell related offerings. Reporting to the Associate Director, Downstream Marketing, this high visibility position will work closely with business stakeholders, product management, event marketing, sales, and our client engagement center to increase awareness, drive lead generation, and support revenue growth.

Essential Functions

Develop a cohesive and compelling narrative for ECRI's multi-brand safety portfolio, ensuring it resonates with diverse, complex buying groups and highlights the unique value each brand brings.

Craft tailored value propositions and positioning statements that clearly differentiate ECRI’s safety portfolio service offerings compared to the competition.

Design detailed buyer personas and messaging maps to ensure communications are aligned with the specific challenges, pain points, and priorities of each buyer segment within the portfolio’s diverse audience.

Create annual marketing plans and quarterly go-to market plans that include content calendar and awareness campaigns with customer collateral, communications, social media, webinars, podcasts, website messaging, blogs, videos, etc.

Identify and execute an engagement strategy for tradeshows, industry events, trade associations, and speaking opportunities for our subject matter experts.

Generate sales enablement tools, presentations, talk tracks, and messaging to support our sales team nurture and grow their pipelines.

Monitor and gather market intelligence around healthcare mergers and acquisitions, industry news, competitors’ products, services, and marketing activities to support competitive messaging and sales enablement tools.

Plan and develop deep dive and short form content to be used in awareness campaigns, social media, website messaging, blogs, and tradeshows.

Measure, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs to internal stakeholders that include effectiveness and lead conversion.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement email workflows, digital campaigns, website content, and campaign performance tracking.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

Minimum of 7 years of healthcare B2B marketing experience along with demonstrated success in driving successful engagement among quality, safety and risk leaders for complex advisory or safety-related services required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally to communicate effectively and with confidence

Keen attention to detail and desire to understand new products and evolving markets

Demonstrated experience in creating compelling content and executing marketing plans

Self-motivated, with analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and also across multidisciplinary work force

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing required. Clinical degree or hospital operations experience a plus.

Computer Skills

Proficient in:

  • Microsoft Office 365 Suite of products (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Position Compensation

The salary range for new employees in this position is $107,776.96 - $122,315.47, based on background, experience, and skills. In addition, new employees in this position are eligible for all of our benefit offerings, including, but not limited to, health and welfare benefits, 403(B) retirement savings, and paid time off (PTO).
