Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to solve complex business challenges by leveraging internal and external data. In this role, you will interpret trends, construct forecasts, and develop strategic insights to guide decision-making. Collaborating with stakeholders across consumer and commercial analytics functions, you will create sustainable data solutions, monitor performance, and drive process improvement through automation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business influences.
  • Build forecasts, recommendations, and strategic plans based on data insights.
  • Develop SQL queries and data visualizations for ad-hoc analysis and ongoing reporting.
  • Establish data governance standards and ensure data quality throughout the pipeline.
  • Automate workflows and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytics into actionable business language.
  • Conduct data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling to support decision-making.
  • Design and implement scalable data solutions to meet organizational goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combinations of advanced education and experience (e.g., PhD + 8 years, Master’s + 9 years, etc.).
  • Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools, and data governance practices.
  • Strong experience in statistical analysis, data mining, and high-volume data processing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in translating complex technical functionality into business-relevant insights.
