We’re seeking a detail-oriented problem solver, a quick learner, an empathetic communicator, and an individual adept at planning and resource management. Join our team and become part of a diverse community that highly values your unique contributions, empowering you to achieve remarkable success. Collaborate with us in crafting something truly extraordinary.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary Marketo administrator and support resource for global demand generation teams, addressing Marketo and lead management process-related issues and initiatives.
  • Execute and optimize Marketo campaigns, covering email template setup, landing page/form creation, campaign setup, testing, scheduling, and tracking.
  • Assist in integrating technologies within the tech stack to enhance lead conversions and improve data hygiene, leveraging systems like 6sense, Wistia, and ON24.
  • Manage the relationship between Marketo and Salesforce concerning lead flow/management, campaigns, data sync, and reporting.
  • Monitor and uphold data quality within the Marketo database, collaborating with relevant stakeholders from other data sources.
  • Identify opportunities for implementing operations and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity across all marketing functions continually.
  • Foster close collaboration between Corporate Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Field Marketing to ensure consistent, standardized processes across teams.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, facilitating seamless collaboration across regions and teams for integrated demand-generation campaigns.
  • Proactively communicate with peers, managers, and leadership on plans, progress, and challenges.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in email and nurture marketing, including global data privacy requirements and regulations.
  • Support critical marketing operations initiatives and fulfill other marketing operations duties as necessary.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education level in Marketing or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce, ideally within a B2B environment, supporting full campaign and lead lifecycle management.
  • Deep understanding of the technical relationship between a marketing automation platform and Salesforce, including data synchronization, field mapping, campaign configuration, and basic dashboard and reporting functionalities.
  • Enthusiasm for marketing technology and the confidence to learn and manage new platforms as they emerge.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability requirements and processes, along with a thorough understanding of data privacy regulations across regions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analysis, prioritization, tactical execution, and planning skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated individual with a continuous improvement mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to optimize processes.
  • Proficient in managing multiple simultaneous projects with tight deadlines and defined targets within a fast-paced environment characterized by changing needs and priorities.
  • Solid knowledge of integrated B2B Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, marketing technology ecosystems, and industry challenges.
  • Collaborative mindset with a desire to contribute to a team environment; ability to effectively interface with diverse partners, influence without direct authority, and build strong relationships across teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective communication of complex business frameworks, processes, recommendations, and data to audiences across functions, teams, and organizational levels.
