Job Overview

Join Strikingly, a leading mobile-optimized website builder, as a Bilingual Korean Customer Support Representative, also known as a Korean Happiness Officer. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our mission to empower individuals by delivering outstanding customer support through email and chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent our brand and embody the Strikingly voice in all customer interactions.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences and WOW moments across various communication channels (email, chat, social media).
  • Translate product materials and customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and internal systems to better assist customers.
  • Uphold a positive and cheerful demeanor in every interaction with customers and team members.

Required Skills

  • Proficient communication skills in both Korean and English.
  • A strong desire to assist individuals with diverse learning needs.
  • A keen interest in new knowledge acquisition, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Access to a reliable desktop/computer system meeting the specified technical requirements and a minimum internet speed of 20Mbps.

Qualifications

  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) is mandatory.
