Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Norwegian-English Customer Support Agent, also referred to as a Happiness Officer, who will deliver exceptional service through our email and live-chat platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about assisting others and possesses the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and amicable customer support via email and live chat.
  • Translate product materials into Norwegian using provided tools, and oversee the moderation of translations from other team members.
  • Evaluate customer concerns and deliver timely and appropriate solutions.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate effectively within the team to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Experience in customer support roles, especially in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient communication skills in both Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for ensuring customer happiness.
  • Capacity to assess and address customer challenges adeptly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent record-keeping and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.
  • Proven multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with Domains, SEO, and Analytics is advantageous.
  • Availability to work remotely and commit to full-time hours (minimum 40 hours per week).
