About the role:

The Product Marketing Management team’s purpose is to build thriving sustainable relationships with customers by delivering well designed and well packaged products that help solve real-world problems. We do this by truly understanding our customers and their needs, designing meaningful value propositions that inform product development and product communication, and developing winning go-to-market strategies in collaboration with our marketing, sales and customer support teams. We work hand in hand with product management and commercial teams across all our markets, focusing on the areas that matter most to our customers (consumers, captains, merchants and partners).


What you'll do:

As a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the PMM team. You’ll quickly understand the nuances of our products and customer base, driving key product marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio. You’ll also leverage your strategic marketing expertise to mentor, support, and scale the PMM team to its full potential.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, support and inspire a world class product marketing discipline
  • Partner with design, research and our front line employees to understand the voice of the customer and inject these insights into product development and go to market plans
  • Translate product intent into compelling narratives, customer value propositions, positioning and messaging based on customer and competitive insights & data
  • Develop and execute winning go to market strategies with clear customer focused success targets, experimentation tactics and measurable ROI
  • Build relationships with and influence company leadership and cross functional teams including product development, engineering, business, marketing, sales, operations, customer support
  • Successfully drive ROI on large scale strategic product marketing initiatives
  • Build organic communication channels with compelling content including but not limited to in app content feeds, app/play stores, and a variety of content education and marketing initiatives.
  • Advocate for and showcase PMM impact to the wider organisation to support a cross functional learning and continuous improvement culture

 

What you'll need:

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing management.
  • A proven track record of driving consumer growth and engagement in large consumer internet companies, either in product or marketing roles.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience.
  • Technical expertise in product marketing, marketing strategy, product strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, research, customer insights, and analytics.
  • Proven leadership experience in building and scaling high-performing teams.
