Job description

What Are We Looking For

We are in search of a talented and versatile Appointment Setter who will be working with our client based in the United States. Our client is a home service company. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and managing the CRM system.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal. You take pride in creating an amazing experience for anyone you encounter on the phone, email and texts.

This role is 100% work from home. The home must be free of distractions and background noise.

In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Generate leads for clients seeking home services.
  • Obtain lists of potential clients and develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and progression.
  • Schedule appointments with prospective clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospects in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and maximize conversion rates.
  • Process inbound and outbound calls. Inbound calls schedule appointments for estimators.

About You

Core qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience as an Appointment Setter or in any similar role.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral, maintaining a professional and courteous manner when interacting with potential clients.
  • Experience in inbound and outbound calling is required.
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar CRM software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the home service and contracting industry is a plus.
  • Driven to achieve appointment and lead generation targets.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage leads and appointment schedules effectively.
  • Database management and accuracy in maintaining detailed records in CRM systems.
  • Ability to foster relationships with prospective clients.
  • Ability to address and handle inquiries and/or concerns.
