Job description

What Are We Looking For

MultiplyMii is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Amazon Listing Specialist who will be working closely with our client based in the UK. A leading UK manufacturer specializing in premium hard surface cleaners and treatments. Their commitment to quality and service ensures that their innovative and effective products are designed to enhance and preserve hard surfaces in and around the home.

The ideal candidate should have experience in keyword research, and listing optimization, and be able to act on data insights to drive growth.

Beyond your experience, we are also seeking a candidate who exemplifies qualities such as being analytical, detail, goal, and action-oriented. Thriving in a playful & light-hearted atmosphere, inventive & open-minded environment, and outcome-driven and merit-based community. Additionally, we require someone who possesses impeccable written and verbal English communication.

This role is full-time and 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will

Listing Creation: Create accurate, high-quality product listings and images to enhance visibility on Amazon and other eCommerce platforms (e.g., eBay, Walmart).
Listing Optimization: Refine product titles, bullet points, and descriptions to maximize conversion rates.
Image Editing: Perform image enhancements such as resizing, cropping, or minor touch-ups to ensure product visuals are clear and professional.
Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth competitor research to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and identify profitable keywords to optimize Amazon listings for better visibility and ranking.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on Amazon listings’ performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Internal Communication: Provide regular updates on listing performance and optimization efforts to key stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Use performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
Process Improvement: Contribute to establishing efficient workflows and tools to streamline listing management and boost productivity.
Stay informed about e-commerce trends and Amazon algorithm updates, adjusting strategies to maintain competitiveness.

About You

Core qualifications:

3-5 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central.
Expertise in tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
Flat-file expertise for bulk listing uploads and updates.
Strong ability to analyze metrics and optimize listings based on data.
Proficiency in creating engaging and accurate product titles, descriptions, and bullet points.
Proven experience with basic image editing, including resizing, cropping, and touch-ups, using tools like Canva or similar.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Advantageous

Visual design experience, including proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Experience with other eCommerce platforms like eBay, Walmart, Shopify
Experience in handling chemicals/hazardous products
Experience with non-English marketplaces.
