Mission

To create and maintain high-performing, SEO-optimized product listings that drive visibility, conversions, and sales. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic positioning through diligent monitoring, keyword research, and effective data management. By troubleshooting issues, collaborating across teams, and adapting to changing policies, you will play a vital role in enhancing our brand presence and maximizing success on Amazon.

Responsibilities

• Listing Management: Create compelling, SEO-optimized listings for better search results enhancing discoverability, conversion rates, and overall sales.
• Listing Maintenance: Regularly monitor product listings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and track rankings. Ensure that our listings are strategically positioned to reach and resonate with our target audience
• Conduct Keyword Research: Enhance product visibility with effective keywords
• Troubleshoot Issues and Case Management: Resolve product listing errors and account health
• Ensure Policy Compliance: Keep listings in line with Amazon's policies and stay updated on changes
• Flat File Proficiency: Effectively handle and update large sets of product data using flat files.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Manage and address buyer messages, prepare reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist and Collaborate: Your function can play a crucial role in the success of the Amazon listing. Collaborate with other teams also including Logistics, Creative, and Product Development as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in Amazon Product Listing
• Experience in product research and listing optimization
• Experience in Amazon US and other marketplaces
• Advanced in Excel, Google Sheets, Helium 10 or similar tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor
• Possesses keen analytical abilities, is a big-picture thinker, and is goal-oriented with meticulous attention to detail.
