Amazon Account Health Specialist

We are looking for an Amazon Account Health Specialist who will be responsible for addressing account and listing issues, ensuring listing accuracy and compliance, and managing the catalog to maintain optimal operations.

This role is full time and 100% work from home!

Mission

• Account Health Monitoring: Monitor and management of the Amazon seller account to ensure its health and compliance with Amazon's terms of service and seller code of conduct
• Catalog Management: Create and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with brand objectives.
• Listing Optimization: Optimize product listings for better visibility and performance on the Amazon platform. Craft compelling and high-converting product listings that ensure accurate product details, engaging descriptions, and relevant keywords.
• Flat File Guru: Take the lead on creating and maintaining product listings using flat files and Seller Central tools, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with our brand’s objectives
• Deal Management: Planning, executing, and monitoring promotional deals and campaigns
• Monitoring and support of customer support & case management
• Provide excellent customer support by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage and resolve customer cases through effective communication and problem-solving
• Metric Monitoring and Reporting: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the mechanics of all backend tools, processes, and systems.
• Collaborate with senior management to integrate the Amazon sales strategy with broader business objectives, leveraging insights to drive informed decisions.
• Stay abreast of Amazon’s evolving policies and algorithms, advising on best practices to safeguard account standing and promote compliance.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Amazon Account Management experience with a proven track record in managing and maintaining account health.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Amazon's ecosystem, including policies, programs, and optimization tactics.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in using Amazon’s reporting tools and Excel for data analysis.
• Expertise in Helium10 and Keepa
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage aggressive deadlines.
• Excel in maintaining order and structure
• Ensure accuracy and excellence in every aspect of our ecommerce operations.
• Foster positive connections and effective communication in all interactions across our platforms and networks
