Job Summary

Responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across a wide range of platforms and channels

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Work closely with senior leaders to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, SEO, PPC).

Content Creation & Management:

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging visual assets and high-quality content for websites, social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage content calendars and execute content distribution strategies.

SEO & SEM:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
  • Manage mature PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize conversions.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to build brand awareness and engage audiences.
  • Monitor social media trends and manage community interactions.

Email Marketing

  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, and automation.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to improve ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign elements such as landing pages and ad copy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing annual budgets of $500,000 or more with references available by request.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify (Shopify Plus preferred).
  • Must be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong remote project management, people management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset.
  • Available for a minimum of three hours per day for meetings, etc. Monday - Friday.
  • Front-end development experience is not required, but a major plus.

Additional Information

  • Homebased / Work from Home
  • M to F, 10pm to 7am Manila Time
