Job Title: Document Control Specialist

Summary: The Document Control Specialist will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and distributing company documentation, working closely with various departments to ensure that standard operating procedures (SOPs) are effectively utilized and updated as needed.

About the Job

Key Duties:

• Create document templates and standards.
• Partner with subject matter experts to document SOPs.
• Create and maintain an organized backend to house all company documentation.
• Develop a system for retiring outdated documentation.
• Establish a cadence for reviewing and updating documentation as changes occur.
• Distribute documentation to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective usage of documentation by their teams.

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

• Proficient in using Google Drive and adherence to company standards.
• Knowledge of Gmail functionalities.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
• Experience with highly technical documentation preferred.
• Ability to conduct remote video calls to observe operational processes in real time.
