Job Description: 

Wander is seeking a passionate and results-driven Influencer Manager to lead and scale our influencer partnerships. As an Influencer Manager, you’ll build relationships with creators, align campaigns with our brand goals, and drive measurable results. You’ll play a critical role in increasing Wander’s visibility, creating buzz, and showcasing our homes to new audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an influencer marketing strategy aligned with Wander’s brand and business goals.

  • Source, vet, and negotiate with influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, on-brand content showcasing Wander’s offerings.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and their teams.

  • Focus on group influencers to drive brand awareness and growth.

  • Create contracts, briefs, and custom links for influencers to streamline partnerships.

  • Measure and analyze the ROI of influencer campaigns, tracking metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related role.

  • Proven track record of scaling influencer campaigns and driving measurable results.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends in influencer marketing.

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure success and derive insights.

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

  • Passion for luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands

  • Proven ability to multitask, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
